As a Regional Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales success while fostering a culture of simplicity, accountability, and fun. You’ll be responsible for assembling and developing a best-in-class sales team, equipping them with the tools, training, and leadership needed to meet or exceed performance objectives. With a strong focus on coaching, strategy, and collaboration, you’ll work cross-functionally with Construction, Operations, and other departments to ensure a seamless homebuying experience for our customers.

What Will You Be Doing?
- Responsible for sales performance in assigned region.
- Recruit, lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering a results-driven culture while ensuring efficiency and operational excellence.
- Cultivate a team environment rooted in simplicity, accountability, and fun—where success is celebrated, challenges are tackled with transparency, and everyone is empowered to perform at their best.
- Ensure appropriate staffing to meet department needs.
- Conduct regular market analyses to stay apprised of market conditions and adjust pricing and promotional strategies to achieve sales goals.
- Assist in establishing sales objectives and training programs that align with company targets.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to Sales Associates and Community Sales Managers on sales techniques to enhance sales performance, business management, and customer satisfaction.
- Understand and train on CRM and software package.
- Ensure effective coordination between Community Sales Managers, Construction, and other team members to facilitate timely closings and promote customer satisfaction.
- Oversee management of the Buyer Pipeline to ensure we meet or exceed weekly performance targets, contractual timelines, and adherence to organizational processes.
- Lead engaging, results-oriented sales meetings that inspire collaboration, drive performance, and address key challenges with transparency and authenticity.
- Attend industry and promotional events to support divisional initiatives and address any issues that may arise, while keeping management informed of relevant developments.
- Lead the release process for new sections and communities, ensuring accuracy, adherence to deadlines, and clear communication with all stakeholders throughout the process.
- Conduct regular reviews with team members, focusing on training, development, and individual growth to achieve their full potential and meet performance expectations.
- Use performance metrics, internal feedback, and customer feedback to drive improvements.
- Assists the Vice President of Sales in all sales related items, and performs any other assigned duties assigned by Vice President of Sales and/or Division President.
- Some weekend and evening hours required.
