Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Regional Sales Manager, based in Colombo. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and driving sales within their designated region. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, overseeing sales operations, meeting sales targets, and managing the sales team. The role also involves building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and providing regular sales reports to senior management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales and sales management
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Analytical skills to interpret sales data and make informed decisions
• Willingness to travel within the region as required
• Experience in the plantation or agriculture industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field will be added advantage .
