🌟 Regional Sales Manager – Southeast | Building & Construction Supply | Remote in Region + Travel
Are you a dynamic sales leader ready to drive regional growth and build strong customer relationships in the building and construction supply space? We’re looking for a Regional Sales Manager (Southeast) who can combine big-picture strategy with boots-on-the-ground execution—while always putting the installer first.
📍 Location: Based in the Southeast U.S. (Atlanta, Charlotte, Nashville preferred); regional travel required (25–40%)
🏢 Industry: Building Materials / Wholesale Distribution
🧱 Customer Base: B2B – Installers, Distributors, Contractors

What You’ll Do:
- Lead and scale sales efforts across the Southeast with a customer-first, installer-focused approach
- Build and coach a high-performing team of outside sales reps and inside support
- Align regional retail and distributor efforts to support—not compete with—installer channels
- Leverage data, CRM insights, and customer feedback to refine strategy and improve performance
- Develop strong relationships with key accounts, including high-volume installers and channel partners
- Collaborate across departments (Ops, Product, Supply Chain) to ensure delivery matches demand
- Represent the company at industry events and trade partnerships
What You Bring:
- 10+ years in sales leadership, with 5+ years leading multi-person teams in B2B or distribution environments
- Experience in building materials, manufacturing, or wholesale distribution (fencing or related industry a plus)
- A track record of building scalable sales strategies and coaching teams to success
- Expertise in pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM tools
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- A proactive mindset and willingness to travel throughout the Southeast
