Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager, located in Bengaluru. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth within the designated region by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Daily tasks include developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, providing product demonstrations, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams, preparing sales reports, and attending industry events to promote NETIX.AI's solutions.
Qualifications
4-5 years of Experience in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
Knowledge of Building Management Systems
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
Excellent client relationship management skills
Familiarity with energy optimization and smart city solutions is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
