The Integrated Health Plan Regional Sales Director is our primary contact with our network of Broker Partners selling the full range of our products: Integrated Health Plan, Stop-Loss, Captive Insurance, PBM and related products and services. The RSD will focus on building relationships with our Broker Partners and build out their territory with a primary focus of selling Employee Benefits and Stop Loss policies to Self-Funded Employers in the 50-1,000 employee size groups.
The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of successful results, preferably with self-funded groups and some experience either with a carrier, TPA, Vendor, Broker or related roles. A major plus is existing working relationships with brokers in a region or area to hit the ground running as we grow in conjunction with our Brokers.
We have multiple roles/locations available with our current need focused on the Carolinas. Any location in North or South Carolina within a reasonable distance of a metro area/airport will be considered. As we grow, we want to balance business travel to broker partners, potential partners and groups. Business travel generally less than 50%, even less if based in a major market.
We are growing fast and are looking for those who have a strong drive to succeed and initiative to grow a territory. Those who consistently meet/exceed quota will do very well on our team and within our incentive compensation structure with 4 years of residuals. We support our Regional Sales Directors with training, marketing, systems, and coaching.
This is an individual contributor role with base salary and a lucrative commission structure (with residuals). We are growing fast, in a sustainable way, and are looking for those who can help us build on our momentum. Total Expected Compensation is $225K-$375K+including multiple years of residuals.
