As our Regional Program Coordinator, you'd be at the forefront of delivering impactful Girl Scout Leadership Experience (GSLE) programming, from exciting summer day camps to large-scale annual events. You'd be one of the go-to people for shaping program availability in Boone, Kenton, Campbell, and surrounding counties; fostering vital community partnerships, and empowering adult volunteers to guide the next generation of female leaders.

Requirements

Expectations

• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience in event programming.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and data management software products a plus.
• Ability to take initiative, anticipate needs, and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Discretion, professionalism, and a strong sense of confidentiality.
