The role of the Regional Partner is to build the long term (7-10 year) equity value of the assets in their geographic territory for the benefit of all owners: PDS, Owner Doctors and themselves. The RP ensures each RM executes a marketing and operating plan that produces year over year revenue and profit growth. The RP effectively invests capital and selects owner doctors who have the ability to grow their practices. This role will support the South Dallas and Fort Worth market.
