We’re looking for a Regional Operation Senior Associate or Associate to join our Managed Talent team, to retain managed talents within Glints by improving the efficiency and quality of Managed Talent Operations through process re-engineering and data infrastructure building.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Process Re-engineering: Improve process efficiency by diagnosing performance issues, defining the user experience and business objectives, redefining processes and leading the implementation of pilot program to change processes; Document workflows in the form of process flows with accountability and responsibility, and standard operating procedure with well-defined service level agreements; Drive change management by supporting local office process implementation and acquiring support from stakeholders such as Management, General Managers, Finance teams.
  • Project Management: Initiate strategic projects by setting objectives and aligning them with Management; Draft the timeline of the project by identifying relevant sources needed and securing resources; Ensure that projects are delivered on time through weekly alignment with stakeholders and issues escalation to Management

Who We Are Looking For

  • A data-driven person that has experience using data instrumentation and visualisation with at least 3 years of experience (experience in Airtable, Google Sheet, and Google Data Studio will be a plus)
  • A communicator who can deliver executive recommendations and influence management
  • A self-starter with the ambition to build core capabilities including Product and Operations
  • A human being who cares a lot about our users (job seeker and employers) and fight hard to deliver value to them
  • Minimum of 3 years experience performing labour outsourcing or employer-of-record work in a company with a labour outsourcing or employer-of-record licence.
  • Management experience preferred.
