This position manages and directs the marketing, operations, and administrative activities of multiple branches within a region for the successful growth of a profitable operation. Duties: * Research and identify emerging and growing markets for TWC Services. * Develop strategies to attain new business. * Build long-term relationships in order to retain customers. * Achieves acceptable profits by managing key performance indicators * Communicates a clear vision of the corporate / branch goals, objectives, and standards, and inspires team members to work effectively to accomplish goals and objectives and comply with standards. * Selects and retains high quality employees by following a disciplined hiring process by demonstrating effective leadership skills. Rewards individual effort, dedication, and the contribution. * Promote our strong organizational culture of safety through continuous coaching, motivating and setting clear expectations.
