GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Requiring only 5-15 hours per week, this is the ultimate side gig for a dynamic individual looking to increase his or her income. The successful candidate will work weekly on and around local college campuses to identify and execute local advertising and marketing opportunities. This is not a "brand ambassador" position. This is a key marketing role in which you will be expected to identify and execute multiple marketing and enrollment strategies and be accountable for results. JOB DESCRIPTION: Identify marketing & advertising opportunities at your assigned colleges or universities Partner with on-staff graphic designer to create school-specific ads & collaterals Distribute posters & flyers across campus on a regular basis Create relationships with key influencers on campus, such as advisors and club presidents Hold regular tabling events to meet and speak with our target pre-med customers Schedule free on-campus events Market on-campus events and drive attendance Attend campus events to assist senior Altius staff with event execution SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS: Outgoing, dynamic personality Strong interpersonal and public speaking skills Driven, entrepreneurial personality highly motivated by goals, incentives & bonuses Ability to share with students the benefits Altius provides in a compelling way Highly reliable: deliver all assignments on time & at the highest possible quality level Flexible morning schedule: available to work 1-3 hours most weekday mornings starting at 7:00 or 7:30 AM.
