We are a Property Management company seeking an experienced Regional Manager for our Houston portfolio. Must have prior Multifamily Regional Manager experience and Onesite experience. Your portfolio would be Class B properties.

This position will manage all activities set forth by the CEO including maximizing occupancy levels, training Community Managers, maximizing property values, and being completely accountable for your set portfolio.

Duties Include:

• Regional Manager will assist in the formulation of budgets and business plans for each upcoming calendar year. The Regional Manager is responsible for ensuring their assigned properties stay within the established budget guidelines throughout the year
• Ensure rent collection policies are being followed
• Keep files and communications updated in Slack
• Analyze and approve over-budget expenditures
• Train property employees on PMS screening
• Hire, recruit, motivate, and supervise all on-site staff in order to achieve operational goals
• Conduct regular staff meetings, leadership meetings, and career path guidance meetings
• Maintain a positive customer service attitude and provide quality customer service to all prospects and residents
• Inspect property on a regular basis
• Review market surveys
• Approve rental increases or concessions
• Monitor property marketing plans and leasing promotions
• Monitor monthly and quarterly safety inspection reports
