REGIONAL MANAGER - CAR WASH OPERATIONS

***must have car wash management experience***

Role:

The Regional Manager oversees the standardization and optimization of the company’s daily operating performance through developed processes and procedures.

Responsibilities:

The Regional Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational activities of the company, ensuring that the organization is managed and performing efficiently and effectively, as well as providing strong leadership to all District and General Managers.

Qualifications:

Extensive and diversified background with at least 10 years of experience in the car wash industry.

Master's degree in business administration preferred.

8+ years of experience in a multi-unit management leadership role.

Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and insurance coverage.

High-level knowledge of car wash equipment and chemistry.

Thorough understanding of practices, theories, and policies involved in business and finance.

Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong managerial and diplomacy skills.

Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

Position Requirements:

Establishes quantitative and qualitative metrics, guidelines, and standards by which the company's efficiency and effectiveness can be evaluated; identifies opportunities for improvement.

Review, analyze, and evaluate business procedures.

Implements policies and procedures that will improve day-to-day operations.

Ensures work environments are adequate and safe.

Oversees manufacturing, purchasing, and sales departments, ensuring each is reaching goals set by departmental and company leadership.

Plans, directs, controls, implements, evaluates, monitors, and forecasts budgets and costs of sales in each division to achieve financial objective.

Communicates and explains new directives, policies, or procedures to managers; for major changes, meets with entire operations staff to explain changes, answer questions, and maintain morale.

Improves customer service and satisfaction through policy and procedural changes.

Leads coordination and integration of efforts among operations, engineering, technology, and customer service divisions to produce smoother workflow and more cost-effective business processes.

Projects a positive image of the organization to employees, customers, industry, and community.

Participates in the hiring and training of District and General Managers.

Organizes and oversees the work and schedules of District and General Managers.

Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.

Handles discipline and termination of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and seasons (heat of the summer, cold of the winter).

Be on your feet for extended periods of time

Physically able to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, reach, step to perform job duties.

Ability to oversee and ensure the effective handling, storage, and transportation of materials, equipment, and resources, including the management of tasks that require lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or moving up to 50 pounds. This includes coordinating logistical support and ensuring compliance with safety standards while delegating physical tasks appropriately to staff.

Respond quickly to sounds.

Move safely over uneven terrain and in confined spaces.

See clearly and respond to dangerous situations.

Must have the ability to be mobile and engaged with all Team members and customers at pay station, tunnel entrance, and vacuum lot

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk may be required

Ability to travel a minimum of 50%
