Regional Manager

Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role in Ibadan for a Regional Manager at Alert Group. The Regional Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operations and growth of Alert Microfinance Bank and Auto Bucks in the region, managing a team of branch managers, and implementing strategic initiatives to drive business growth.
  
  

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• A current Branch Manager in an MFB
• Experience in financial services or microfinance sector
• Ability to develop and implement business growth strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• Previous experience in a managerial role is a plus
