Description:
This position is responsible for overseeing and managing field operations across multiple locations within an assigned territory. This role involves planning, coordinating, and executing fieldwork, monitoring progress and maintaining communication with both field teams and upper management.
Responsibilities:
Plan, schedule and supervise field operations activities, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines
Responsible for managing key projects within assigned region
Manage team of field staff – items include, but not limited to hiring, training, and performance management.
Ensure that employees understand and comply with all current AMS policies and procedures
Conduct regular conference calls with assigned employees and ensure all Company and Customer goals are met
Manage and maintain employee’s timecards in the official timekeeping system. This includes reviewing and approving all timecards by the set deadline.
Review and approve assigned employee’s expense reports according to set Company policies
Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance and program success
Managing and maintaining operational data
Recognizing, developing, and implementing process improvements
Developing and maintaining weekly, monthly and quarterly reports using KPI’s
Review operating performance with management on an on-going basis, recommending and taking corrective action as directed to ensure all Company goals are met
Manage customer complaints and assure appropriate action is taken as required
Keep updated with all product knowledge
Conduct weekly conference calls with reps to ensure everyone is on the same page
Provide training and direct supervision of employees
Resolve conflicts between employees, associates, stores and accounts
Perform other related duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
100% Travel required which includes overnight stays
Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates is required
Ability to work independently and with minimal direct supervision required
Must be flexible with work schedule and route changes based on business needs
Must be Microsoft Office Suite proficient
Excellent communication, presentation, written and technical skills required
Required to lift up to , this may include lifting weight above shoulders as needed
Frequent standing, bending and twisting required
Proof of valid driver’s license and insurance required (must meet company’s minimum requirements)
2-5 years previous retail and account management experience required
2-5 years previous customer service experience required
College degree or equivalent experience preferred
