Qualification: Graduate/MBA/PGDBM

Experience: 4-5years

Salary: Upto 800000 p.a



Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:


  • Skills required – Networking & Influencing, Communication skills, Planning & organizing, Presentation skills, Business understanding, Content creation.
  • Overall, 4-5 years of Experience and Should be open to relocate and travel.
  • To deliver behavioural & product training for store teams in line with the Business and training priorities.
  • Conduct soft skills training across levels that enables skill development and impacts productivity of the employees.
  • To support Area HR /Area /Zonal Controller /Unit Head in driving learning initiatives imperative for their business growth.
  • To assess and record regional training needs and design relevant learning solutions in line with those needs.
  • Run learning interventions that help in improving NPS & customer experience at the store.
  • To plan and monitor adherence to training calendar.
  • Conduct TTT for Department Mangers/ROM / Unit HR’s to create a pool of learning champions across stores.
  • Be proactive in identifying business trends and recommend right learning solutions in line with those needs.
  • To work closely with the SO & Area management team to implement learning solutions across the area / zone.
  • Measure effectiveness of the programs delivered across the stores/area/zone.
  • Prepare monthly /quarterly/yearly learning dashboard & MIS for management visibility.
