Summary

Job Duties and Responsibilities:-

1.       Understand the Business priorities by doing Business Need Analysis & Identifying the areas for various Learning & Development Interventions aligning with the Central strategies

2.       Conducting Learning Need Analysis of all Functions & Departments like Sales & Marketing, Business development, Operations, Logistics, RA, Finance, HR, other Admin roles & develop holistic Learning & Development Strategies like Training(classroom, Online, On the Job Training & Coaching, Assigning various Learning Modules (internal & external resources like online courses, webinars, seminars etc.), Mentor interactions (Periodical Planned Interactions with Senior Leaders of various topics)

3.       Conducting Training Need Analysis & Identification by lnteracting with Regional heads, line managers, Central marketing Teams, Regional Product managers, also by conducting online surveys involving sales team members

4.        Periodically conduct Competency mapping for all team members using the Competency assessment tools

5.       Designing various Learning & Training modules for all the functional teams in line with Central Training modules & Leaning strategies as well as customizing the same in regional languages to ensure effective delivery & internalization of learning

6.       Delivering Effective Sessions on the above-mentioned modules to ensure positive learning experience & outcomes

7.       Coordinating with line managers & by regularly conducting On-the-Job coaching sessions pre- & post- training to ensure the 10:20:70 leaning dynamics of Kolb's leaning cycle stages, concrète experience, reflective observation, abstract conceptualization and active experimentation to ensure transformation of effective learning

8.       Helping the team to do Psychographic Segmentation of customers & coordinate with regional product manager & line mangers to ensure proper implementation of other business initiatives like DGM, CME, Camps etc.

9.       Conducting Psychometric analysis during employee journey cycle starting from Recruitment & Selection, Successor planning, Promotion etc.

10.   Integrating L&D activities with Performance management, Successor planning & Talent growth, Competency Development of identified team members on specific areas aligned with business goals

11.   Conducting Evaluation of various Learning initiative using centrally designed Kirkpatrick Model Level-1- 4 (Reaction, Learning, Job Behaviours change & Results — Financial & non-financial parameters)

12.   Preparing various reports on L&D activates, Update & manage Intervention Data (Training Data, Feedback forms, Budget allocation of Training etc.)


Required Qualifications: - Bachelor of Science / Pharmacy/ Doctor/ Nurses or Equivalent with sound knowledge in Anatomy, Physiology, Pathophysiology & Pharmacology

Preferred Qualifications: - Master of Science, Science / Pharmacy/ Doctor/ Nurses or Equivalent, MBA Marketing/HR/International Business or other equivalent certificate

Required Experience:- At latest 3—5 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Sales & marketing as Medical Sales Representative, KAM, Supervisor with proven sales performance records

Preferred Experience: - Earlier worked as a Training manager or regularly conducting Training as Supervisor, Area Manager, ACM

Languages: English C1 essential
