Summary

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and assist regional agents and distributors in product sales, adhere to company sales policies, proactively identify sales opportunities, and achieve annual sales targets.
  2. Support regional managers in developing sales plans and strategies, engage with key clients, and achieve team sales goals.
  3. Deeply understand customer needs, respond promptly, provide effective solutions, maintain high customer satisfaction, and improve service levels.
  4. Collect and analyze market information, provide timely feedback, and identify sales opportunities.
  5. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute regional promotional activities for strategic partners.
  6. Manage regional sell-in and sell-out processes to ensure accurate sales forecasting.
  7. Handle product quality issues and customer complaints, conduct root cause analysis, and propose solutions.
  8. Maintain effective communication and coordination with cross-functional teams.

Job Requirements:

  1. Minimum 3 years of overseas sales experience, familiarity with regional omni-channel sales; experience in consumer electronics sales or related industries is preferred.
  2. Strong understanding of overseas distributor business models and characteristics; ability to manage distributor expectations and maintain long-term partnerships. Experience with Japan distributors is a plus.
  3. Proven business development skills, including independently scheduling client meetings, conducting visits, and negotiating with key accounts.
  4. Fluent in spoken Japan (working proficiency) to communicate effectively with international clients.
  5. Willingness to travel frequently is preferred.
  6. Strong ability to control and lead client relationships.
  7. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service mindset and teamwork spirit.
  8. Proactive, detail-oriented, and responsible candidates are preferred.
