Summary

Mission:


  • Develop business with targeted China RKA (regional key accounts) and regional management of IKA. Strong collaboration with Global account managers, management of IKA and country of origin commercial teams
  • Ensure Socomec connects with C-Level of these accounts. Driving 3 to 5 years’ product and business strategy with respective accounts, Responsibility of selecting new targets, developing relationship (stakeholder mapping and connection), promoting and specifying Socomec offer.
  • Responsibility of sustaining customer relations, drive demand planning
  • Guarantee the global consistency of the commercial agreements and their implementation. Project execution and after sales: build up process with local teams/partners, executing the projects to align on client requirements and ensuring proper communication channels
  • Scope: end user/consultants/OEM (ad hoc evaluation and qualification as RKA needed, on case by case basis)
  • Negotiation of global commercial agreement
  • Animate SOC to ensure opportunities are properly managed
  • Work across multiple accounts in various segments, utilising the company CRM for effective account management


Responsibilities


  • Analyse the market trends and competitors, define the strategy for the selected global accounts
  • Achieve the sales targets for the related Global Accounts
  • Monitor the customer satisfaction and propose corrective action plan
  • Follow up and consolidate the project pipe
  • Define, negotiate and implement frame agreements
  • Manage the tenders
  • Define the pricing policy and the sales terms
  • Coordinate internally with the legal department and manage the liabilities
  • Promote the new offer
  • Optimize time, communicate qualitative and quantitative reports


Requirements


  • A Degree or higher with at least 5 years of relevant working experience in key account management and proven sales track record
  • Good project management experience
  • Experienced in working with international/multicultural teams
  • Experienced in Business Development or Account management or as a Sales manager in the electrical/technology industry is preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in working within the data center industry .
  • Good Chinese and English communication skills
