Responsibilities:
Manage the global IT support team
Oversee IT equipment management, support, and maintenance for global offices
Provide technical support for internal OA (Office Automation) software usage
Coordinate and communicate cross-departmental IT system integration initiatives
Manage relationships with external vendors and procure software/services aligned with business needs
Oversee IT budgeting and cost control
Prepare IT reports and compliance documentation to ensure adherence to legal policies and industry standards
Requirements
Bachelor degree or above in related discipline
Minimum 8 years of regional IT experience, including 5+ years in team management
Proficient in enterprise IT infrastructure (networks, hardware/software) and collaboration tools (e.g., Lark, Microsoft Teams)
Hands-on experience with Microsoft O365 and Intune administration
Strong understanding of IT access control and permission management processes
Prior experience in multinational IT support environments is a plus
Familiarity with leading global IT vendors and service providers
Fluent in both written and spoken Chinese and English; ability to collaborate effectively across global teams
