Are you an experienced HR professional ready to take on a regional role in the fast-paced retail industry? We are looking for a dynamic Regional HR Manager to lead people initiatives across multiple markets, supporting rapid growth and building high-performing teams.
What You’ll Be Doing
✅ Partner with country leadership teams to deliver strategic HR support across talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and organizational development.
✅ Drive the execution of HR policies and processes that align with business goals and regional compliance requirements.
✅ Lead regional recruitment initiatives, focusing on building agile and customer-focused retail teams.
✅ Champion culture and employee engagement efforts across all locations.
✅ Monitor workforce planning, succession planning, and training needs to support operational excellence.
✅ Serve as a key advisor to management on people-related matters, ensuring alignment with local labor laws and company values.
What We’re Looking For
🔹 Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
🔹 Minimum 8 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in a regional or multi-country HR role.
🔹 Strong understanding of HR practices in Southeast Asia (experience in Malaysia, Singapore, or Indonesia is a plus).
🔹 Proven ability to manage end-to-end HR operations in a retail or consumer-facing industry.
🔹 High emotional intelligence, hands-on leadership style, and the ability to manage change.
🔹 Willingness to travel regionally as required.
