Pay range: $210,000.00 YOUR ROLE As the Regional Head for Contract Lead Logistics (CLL), you will manage the regional P&L, ensures service delivery and directly controls the operations performed in the Control towers located in the region (Today Houston TX, Jacksonville FL, Detroit Mi, Mexico and Latin America locations) and lead the Business Development by growing the CLL activity in the regions focusing on the strategic CLL sectors (Automotive, Industrial incl. Aerospace & Defense, Healthcare). WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO? * Top line management, maximizes revenues in line with contractual engagements and develops new business with existing clients. Leads the Business Development activity of US/Latam based new customers focusing primarily on Ceva Century & Elite accounts. * Executes Business Development activities on focused sectors in close cooperation with BD sectors leads and GKAM's & CLL 4PL Global BD head : Aerospace & Defense, Automotive, Industry, Healthcare. * Works closely with Global CLL 4PL Solution Development team to support growth for the region and across CLL 4PL globally * Specify Market specific expectations to CLL 4PL Solution Design & Technology teams * Structures and controls effective contract Management governance within the region. Design & implement winning strategies to ensure contract renewals * Ensures internal pricing transfer guidelines for Multi regional contracts are applied according to instructions provided by CLL 4PL Global Leader * Ensures reliable KPI's are produced and communicated to customers and ensures quality QBR's are taking place. Leads QBR's with US based customers * Manages and provides support to Control Tower Managers in relation with local and regional HR functions * Ensures timely provision of reliable monthly P&L forecast by day 20th latest and actual results by day 10th N+1 at GM level in close collaboration with CLL controller and Regional finance * Elaborates & submit Budget to CLL 4PL Global Leader ; produces quarterly P&L outlooks : 0+12 3+9, 6+6 and 9+3 at EBITDA level for review with CLL 4PL global leader and CLL Financial controller and regional finance * Animates regional BPE function in alignment with Global CLL 4PL BPE function and actively supports performance actions plan execution in the Control Towers. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? * International standard Master degree in one or more of the following subjects : Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Science, Economics, Business Administration * A minimum of 12 years experience in Business Development, account Management, operations and P&L management in the transport & logistics industry. Line management of sizeable teams mandatory * Track record of successful achievements in the areas of Air, Ocean & Ground operations. * Sound understanding of performance management and customer service as key success factors * Lean 6 sigma certifications will be clear qualifiers * International experience with residential roles in Asia, Europe or US will be appreciated * Understanding of sustainability stakes in transport and logistics, carbon footprint reporting and reduction as value to customers * Technology savvy and a vision of how digitalization of operations can enhance customer experience WHAT DO WE HAVE TO OFFER?
