As a Regional Field Service Senior Manager in Asia Cluster, you will be responsible for the financial performance, operational efficiency, and overall success of the regional field service teams. This includes managing budgets, developing strategies, leading teams, and ensuring client satisfaction while maintaining profitability and safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for overall Profit and Loss for each field service team, and their profitability while using its resources effectively.
  • Responsible for setting up and managing cost budgets with assistance from the finance team.
  • Responsible for capital expenditure budget and strategy for Field Service teams in the region.
  • Plan effective strategies for the financial success of the division.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to regional Field Service teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Lead and oversee all Field Service activities for the relevant Field Service teams in the region, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
  • Identify areas for improvement within operational processes and develop strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Promotes a culture of personal and team safety, including others who may be affected by the company’s operational activities.
  • Oversee regional Field Service Teams in assisting sales with forecasting service sales targets and support the sales team in meeting these targets.
  • Working with sales, developing field service strategies resulting in long-term service contracts.
  • Participate and oversee pricing for new services in the relevant market area.
  • Meet potential clients for growing, maintaining, and leveraging on current client networks.
  • Continually refine and adapt the regional field service offering based on feedback from the sales teams, customers, and changing market trends.

Requirements

  • Highly motivated & results driven business development professional with a proven strong experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of winning new business.
  • Exposure or knowledge of service engineering and Mining plants processing.
  • Superior understanding of Service engineering in the mining sector in the relevant Region, the criticality of plant availability, and the ability to anticipate customer needs through maintenance planning and forecasting.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • English language knowledge B2 (upper-intermediate) and higher
