Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Director located in Owerri. The Regional Director will be responsible for overseeing operations, developing strategies, managing staff, and ensuring the region's growth and profitability.


Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership


·    Develop and implement regional business strategies aligned with the company’s overall goals.

·    Identify new business opportunities and drive growth.

·    Forecast market trends and adjust plans to stay competitive.


2. Project Oversight

·    Ensure successful and timely delivery of clients’ orders.

·    Monitor project performance metrics and risk management.

·    Resolve high-level project issues and delays.


3. Operational Management

·    Oversee daily operations across multiple.

·    Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and local laws.

·    Improve operational efficiency and resource utilization.


4. Financial Responsibility

·    Prepare and manage budgets.

·    Monitor financial performance and profitability of projects and/or orders from clients.

·    Approve expenditures and ensure cost control.


5. Team Leadership

·    Manage the Business Development team

·    Support the Fleet Operations team and ensure timely delivery of orders.

·    Foster a positive and accountable work culture.


6. Client and Stakeholder Relations

·    Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, Block Industries, Real Estate Companies and regulators.

·    Represent the company at industry events and public meetings.

·    Handle escalated client concerns or disputes.


7. Reporting and Communication

·    Report performance and updates to the executive leadership.

·    Ensure clear internal communication across project teams and departments.


Qualifications

Leadership, Strategic Planning, and Decision-Making skills

Computer Literacy

Experience in managing operations and teams

Business Development and Sales skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Bachelor's degree in any related field
