Compass Associates are proud to be working with a valued client in their recruitment for a Regional Director of Operations (RDO), for their skilled nursing facilities in the Charlotte area. All candidates MUST have an LNHA license in the state of North Carolina. While experience as a regional director or senior LNHA / Travelling LNHA within Long-Term Care is required.
You will be focusing on providing quality care in line with the company and North Carolina state regulations across several skilled nursing facilities towards Charlotte. Supporting and developing the well-established team you are leading and ensuring successful performance. While working closely with the Administrators and local communities to maintain and improve on the relationships in each area of your remit.
The Candidate
The successful candidate must have a minimum of 1 years' experience as a Regional Director of Operations or 2 years as a senior LNHA across 3 facilities. Along with having experience of managing a team within an Long-Term Care facility as well as experience of managing financial budgets.
The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills and provide evidence that they have the capability to run successful and efficient Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF). The position requires a candidate who can motivate a team, ensure that first class care is always delivered and be available to support the LNHAs and facilities.
Requirements
1 years experience as a Regional Director of Operations (RDO) or 2 years as a Senior LNHA (Essential).
LNHA qualification for the state of North Carolina (Essential)
Responsibility of a minimum of 2/3 facilities (Essential)
Experience working within Long-Term Care (Essential)
P&L responsibility (non-essential)
Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid and North Carolina state regulations (non-essential)
Access to personal car and a valid driving license (non-essential)
Experience working within Long-Term Care facilities
Location
The regional director of operations covers facilities towards Charlotte. Being commutable from Kannapolis, Concord, Gastonia, Lincolnton, Monroe, Taylorsville, Statesville, Lexington, Hickory and all surrounding areas
