Responsibilities Of Regional Director Of Business Development

  • Leading the center team in identification of market strategy and business development opportunity and planning efforts.
  • Proactively identifying, sourcing and establishing new referral sources, while maintaining strong relationships with existing partners.
  • Achieving facility census goals and annual budget projections.
  • Conducting market evaluations and developing strategies to maximize center areas of specialization, points of differences to yield admission return.
  • Driving community outreach efforts and events to showcase center points of difference.
  • Promoting services and programs of nursing facilities to increase referral volume.

Qualifications For Regional Director Of Business Development

  • Primary series of the COVID-19 vaccine required.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum 3+ years in a related Business Development position within long-term care or related healthcare setting.
  • Previous and demonstrated healthcare business development experience.
  • Must have strong sense of urgency, self-motivation and goal-orientation.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, as marketing responsibilities may dictate.
