A high-growth national beauty and wellness brand is hiring an experienced Regional Director to oversee operations, sales performance, and field leadership across multiple locations. This role is the backbone of center success — focused on developing teams, scaling results, and ensuring operational consistency and guest excellence across markets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Directly oversee the performance and growth of multiple centers across multiple states or cities
  • Lead, mentor, and develop center-level managers and assistant leaders
  • Drive guest experience, service excellence, and revenue through daily coaching and accountability
  • Monitor KPIs and coach leaders on data-driven performance
  • Train front desk teams and center leaders in sales conversion and guest retention strategies
  • Conduct operational audits, performance reviews, and field visits
  • Lead team calls, recognition programs, and regional initiatives
  • Partner with executive leadership on strategic expansion and training programs
  • Travel frequently to ensure visibility, consistency, and hands-on leadership


Qualifications

  • 7+ years of multi-unit leadership experience in a guest-facing business (retail, spa, fitness, hospitality, or franchise preferred)
  • Proven experience training, developing, and managing high-performing teams
  • Expert in performance metrics, team accountability, and business operations
  • Strong sales leadership background with a coaching-focused management style
  • Ability to balance strategy with in-the-field execution
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, not required
  • Must be willing and able to travel regionally
