We are looking for a Regional Manager/ Director for a care provider covering the central counties in the UK, with a view to supporting a remit of care homes operationally to ensure high standards of care for elderly people. The provider has grown to owning a plethora of homes within its portfolio, which has led to manage a team of multi skilled healthcare professional to success. Our client values their commitment to giving an exemplary experience to its residents and team alike, which is reflected in its 5* awards which are recognised throughout the sector.
The purpose of the role is to support overall day to day operations of the remit through the organisational strategies and to support, mentor and guide Home Managers to drive KPI's to deliver on providing high quality care.
Key points
As the Regional / Operations Director you will be expected to drive performance around delivery of quality care, governance, staffing, recruitment, occupancy, promoting excellence etc. It's important you're able to recognise indicators of poor performance and act quickly to remedy them as well as work systematically with Registered Managers to develop and deliver each Care Homes business plan.
This is a great opportunity for an Area/Regional/ Operations Director who is looking to engage with a provider whose presence is renown to the sector and is looking to put a stamp on the service.

Location
This role is to cover care homes across Midlands, Leicestershire, Worcestershire, Staffordshire and Derbyshire in England. This role is commutable from Derby, Leicester, Birmingham, Worcester, Stafford, Stoke, Coventry, Telford, Tamworth, Cannock and Telford.
Interview Process
The interview process will be in a two-stage format. First stage is a Teams, second is a face to face at my client’s head office.
