Role Description The Regional Business Office Manager will be responsible for managing the business operations of TRUCARE COMMUNITY's facilities. This is a full-time , on-site role ( 25 % travel). Your responsibilities will include overseeing financial management, vendor management, operations, marketing efforts, and other duties as assigned by the President and Regional Director of Operations. You will collaborate with leaders across the organization. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration or related field is preferred. 5+ years of experience in healthcare management or related fields (RCFE / ARF background is a plus) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience managing financial operations, including budgeting, revenue management, cost control and Medi-Cal billing is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to lead and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Demonstrated ability to think critically, make sound business decisions, and quickly adapt to changing situations Commitment to upholding ethical standards and compliance regulations in healthcare environment.
