Persistent pelvic pain is often overlooked, untreated, and misguided. At PRM, our mission is to decrease the time patients are suffering from pelvic pain symptoms. JOB TITLE: Regional Business Development Manager (Medical Sales Representative) - West Coast
LOCATION: Los Angeles
WORKPLACE TYPE: Hybrid

SALARY: $65,000-$70,000, plus variable quarterly commission
BENEFITS: Health, Vision and Dental, Paid holiday and PTO, FSA, 401(KS), etc.
BONUS STRUCTURE: Employee will be eligible for an incentive compensation program tied to performance metrics. The bonus structure is based on employee performance, quarterly. With the employee's direct supervisor, performance metrics will be set and agreed upon, and those metrics will determine the value of the bonus. The employee can meet up to 20% of their annual salary through a quarterly performance bonus.
Role Overview
The PRM Growth Marketing team is looking for an accomplished, driven, and results-oriented high performer with proven selling skills to help us build our nationwide organization and raise awareness of our specialty pelvic pain solutions. As a member of the PRM Marketing Team, you will be integral in providing support and collaboration for the regional medical team(s), while always focusing on establishing, promoting, and growing sales of its novel pelvic pain solutions to healthcare providers by providing them with disease state and product information, and best-in-class customer service.
This is a hybrid opportunity; candidates must reside in one of the areas listed in the Location above.
Currently, in 14 offices nationwide, PRM’s strategy is all about education, validation, and meeting the patients where they are.
The focus of this role is to ensure the local office and its providers are well-known in the community and that relationships are built between the PRM team (surgery and non-operative) and other pelvic pain providers to ensure patients get the care they need.
Job Responsbilities/ What You’ll Do
- Regularly engage with the referring community and providers to promote and sell PRM’s services to current and potential patients/healthcare providers.
- Establish an effective sales plan in line with sales goals and targets, and execute and monitor a sales plan.
- Develop, analyze, and prioritize to execute territory plans to achieve business results through compliant means.
- Update and maintain accurate, detailed information in CRM, as it relates to new and existing customer contacts, sales opportunities, leads, and any other necessary information to effectively utilize the CRM in managing the sales process.
- Work with PRM Sales team and Marketing team to develop strategies and implement brand strategies to ensure a consistent messaging.
- Collaborate and communicate with PRM Sales, Clinical, Operations, and Marketing teams to drive success in reaching regional sales goals.
- Coordinate with PRM Leadership to provide feedback from customers and how to best position PRM’s services to create the best customer experience and brand loyalty.
- Present and demonstrate PRM’s services and explain their benefits and outcomes on behalf of patients to providers.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about PRM’s services and a broad understanding of alternative therapies or approaches with treatment of pelvic pain and their advantages and disadvantages.
- Identify potential referring providers and introduce them to the services offered by PRM.
- Perform educational-based lunch-and-learns, breakfasts, in-services, dinner programs as well as assist in grand round speaker events, as needed.
- Plan, coordinate and execute visits for providers to PRM offices within a defined region to deepen providers’ understanding and education in PRM’s novel pelvic pain solutions.
- Actively participate in a variety of sales training and planned company sales meetings to learn about new services, marketing promotions, research initiatives and to share information about results.
- Demonstrate honesty and integrity while modeling behaviors consistent with company standards and policies for business and compliance related matters.
- Travel by car, airplane, etc., to perform sales duties with clients.
- Perform a variety of other sales-related duties, as required.
Requirements
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Education and/or experience equivalent to a related Bachelor's Degree.
- A minimum of 2 years of successful direct B2B sales experience.
- Demonstration of sustained, high performance, and strong aptitude for learning.
- High sense of urgency with regard to customer service orientation and all administrative responsibilities.
- Strong business acumen and ability to understand market opportunities.
- Ability to communicate effectively with and to understand the needs of others in a sales relationship.

PREFERED QUALFICATIONS
- Experience in OB/GYN or Women’s Health a plus
- Medical Sales Experience
