Regional Area Manager

About The Role

Looking for Regional Area Manager, who will be responsible for leading a Regional Sales team. A well versed candidate who has an experience in tracking the daily performance of his Team Leaders and Sales personnel reporting to the team leaders. Along with performance tracking, a major focus should also be on generating 2X revenue through team members as result of holding an accountability of the P&L of that vertical.

Job Description

• Responsible for delivering annual sales and profit targets
• Perform succession planning by introducing training and performance evaluation for management positions, increasing productivity and improving consistency
• Spearhead the team of team leaders
• Hire, train and evaluate personnel in Sales establishments
• Establishing a competitive workforce by offering desirable benefits, packages and performance driven sales incentive program
• Meeting and exceeding expectation for productivity and closure along with customer satisfaction
• Establish goals and objectives for the team, assign tasks, and review work
  
  

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent
• Experience 9 to 10 years
• General business skills
• Requires reasoning ability and good independent
