🚨 Regional Sales Manager – Security Integration

💰 $90,000–$100,000 base + bonus

📍 MA, CT, RI – Regional Focus | New England

Looking for a high-impact sales role with a leading nationwide security integrator? This is a chance to own a regional territory and drive new business for a well-established, employee-owned company. You'll have support, structure, and a strong reputation behind you—but you’ll be the face of growth in your market.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Prospect and close new security integration business in your region
• Own the sales cycle from outreach to signed deal
• Engage with regional and multi-site clients
• Build proposals, conduct needs analysis, and manage ongoing relationships
• Target: ~$200K in sales in the first 6 months, then ~$50K/month

What You Bring:

• 2+ years of sales experience, ideally in security
• Proven ability to open doors and build client trust
• Comfortable discussing technical solutions with non-technical buyers
• Driven, professional, and ready to own a book of business
