Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and visionary Red Team Lead to lead our Offensive Security division. This is a strategic yet hands-on leadership role, responsible for overseeing advanced attack simulations, guiding technical teams, and driving research and innovation in offensive security tooling.

The ideal candidate will not only lead critical client engagements but also foster a research-first culture that continually evolves in response to the changing threat landscape.


Responsibilities

  • Lead Red Team operations and engagements end-to-end, with hands-on involvement in critical projects.
  • Allocate tasks, manage timelines, and ensure smooth collaboration across teams and engagements.
  • Mentor and upskill team members with customized learning paths tailored to individual skill levels.
  • Scope project engagements and ensure all deliverables are technically sound and compliant with relevant standards.
  • Drive annual planning for team budgets, staffing, tools, and training initiatives.
  • Stay ahead of emerging threats, red teaming methodologies, and industry trends.
  • Oversee internal tool and exploit development efforts.
  • Establish a research unit focused on discovering CVEs relevant to clients' technology stacks.
  • Design and implement workflows to enhance vulnerability discovery, validation, and reporting efficiency.
  • Define team KPIs and benchmark performance against leading industry standards.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to leadership on growth opportunities and operational scaling.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus but not mandatory).
  • One or more of the following certifications:

OSCP (Offensive Security Certified Professional) – Minimum requirement

OSCE / OSEP / OSEDPreferred for advanced technical leadership

CRTO (Certified Red Team Operator)

GXPN (GIAC Exploit Researcher and Advanced Penetration Tester)

CREST Registered Pen Tester or CRT

  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on Red Team or Penetration Testing experience.
  • Proven leadership in managing offensive security projects and team dynamics.
  • Strong track record in mentoring and developing high-performing security talent.
  • Familiarity with CVE research, vulnerability reporting standards, and offensive security tooling automation.
  • Deep understanding of frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK, OWASP, and general industry best practices.
