We are hiring on behalf of our client, an automotive manufacturing company based in Subang, West Java, for the position of Recruitment Manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes: workforce planning, sourcing, selection, and onboarding
• Collaborate with line managers and HR business partners to ensure timely and effective hiring
• Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, job platforms, and recruitment vendors
• Develop employer branding initiatives and talent pipelines
• Create recruitment reports and analytics to support strategic decision-making
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
• Experience in mass hiring and manufacturing industry is a plus
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Organized, proactive, and able to work under pressure
• Willing to be placed in Subang, West Java (on-site)
