Summary

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

As a Recruitment Intern, you will support our global Talent team by owning key segments of the hiring process under close mentorship:


  • Partner Engagement: Assist in gathering requirements from hiring teams—document role needs, must-have skills, and target personas.
  • Search Strategy Support: Contribute to competitive research, profile development, and candidate mapping to attract top talent.
  • Market & Data Insights: Compile market intelligence reports on talent pools and industry trends to inform recruiter and hiring-manager discussions.
  • Collaborative Sourcing: Work side-by-side with recruiters on direct sourcing activities—build outreach lists, draft messaging templates, and log outcomes.
  • Meeting Prep & Follow-Up: Help set agendas for hiring syncs, capture action items, and circulate summary notes to stakeholders.
  • Screening Assistance: Observe or co-host phone screens, take structured notes on candidate fit, and recommend next-step actions.
  • Research Lists Management: Maintain and update shared candidate and company research lists in our CRM or Airtable.
  • Global Team Support: Partner with peers across regions on ad-hoc projects, from process documentation to tool-evaluation pilots.


Who You Are

  • Future Graduate: Expected to graduate this 2025 or 2026.
  • Early-Stage Learner: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, HR, Communications, Data Analytics, or related.
  • Curious & Analytical: You love digging into data, spotting trends, and turning insights into clear recommendations.
  • Process-Driven: Comfortable with detailed documentation—playbooks, checklists, and status reports.
  • Collaborative Communicator: Strong written and verbal English skills; you listen actively and share ideas confidently.
  • Self-Starter: You take ownership of tasks, ask smart questions, and follow through without constant oversight.
  • Adaptable: Thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and pivot quickly when priorities shift.
  • Culturally Savvy: Eager to learn and respect nuances across Southeast Asian and U.S. business cultures.
  • Availability: Able to commit at least 5 months to the internship.
