NLS is actively seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team in Hong Kong. This role offers a unique chance for the right candidate to delve into a diverse range of technology positions spanning across industries like Finance (banking/hedge funds, etc.), Crypto, Insurance, Commerce, and Startups.

Your role:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technology staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical roles including software developers, support engineers, data scientists, and other IT professionals.
• Utilize various sourcing methods to attract top talent, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
• Assess candidate qualifications and match them to job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, providing feedback and guidance throughout the hiring process.
• Negotiate job offers and facilitate the hiring process from offer acceptance to onboarding.
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future opportunities.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technology recruitment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 1+ years of working experience, preferably within recruitment.
• Proven experience as a technology recruiter or in a similar role, with a focus on technical positions preferred.
• Familiarity with technical skills, technologies, and terminologies relevant to the IT industry a big plus.
• Strong sourcing and networking skills to attract top talent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment.
• Experience recruiting for a variety of technical roles across different industries preferred.
