We are looking for a recruitment consultant for hiring senior-level experts (non-tech recruitment must).

Roles & Responsibilities

• On-boarding senior level hiring across industries for short-term projects based on client requirements.
• Client relationship management
• Day to day operational activities like interacting with the clients.
  

Prerequisites

• Excellent" Communication Skills
• Must have experience in hiring using Naukri, Social media, LinkedIn etc.
• Ability to work in time bound manner
• Entrepreneurial DNA
• Should work autonomously with minimal supervision
• Strong negotiation skills, ability to keep multiple stakeholders in mind all the time

Basic Qualification

MBA with 1 to 3 years of work experience
