Experience scheduling interviews/meetings using Microsoft Outlook and ability to navigate business systems (Greenhouse (required), Excel (required), and Workday (preferred))
Strong organizational skills, including time management, attention to detail and multi-tasking, especially in fast-paced, high-volume work
Ability to problem solve and think critically when faced with a roadblock
Ability to remain adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, recruiters, executives, candidates, etc
At least 2-5 years of coordination experience in an office environment
