Required Skills & Experience:
2-3+ years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator and Interview Scheduler
Experience within a high-volume recruiting environment.
Experience interacting with technical professionals (e.g., Data, Java Developers)
Experience interacting with senior-level managers and directors
Proven ability to hit the ground running and be super responsive
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Stable work history
Financial Services industry experience is strongly preferred.

Coordinating a high volume of interviews
Creating offer letters
Coordinating start dates
Following up on onboarding activities
Assisting Recruiters and Recruiting leaders as needed
