We’re looking for a driven and organized Recruiting Coordinator to join our client’s talent acquisition team on a short-term basis. If you're passionate about people, processes, and fast-paced environments, this could be a great opportunity to contribute to exciting hiring initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Arrange and manage interview logistics across various departments and time zones
Serve as a point of contact between candidates and internal teams to ensure a smooth hiring experience
Keep applicant tracking systems current and organized
Communicate schedules and expectations to stakeholders with clarity and professionalism
Assist in extending offers and handling pre-hire documentation
Support recruiting data management and ensure consistency in internal processes
Work cross-functionally on hiring campaigns and recruitment events
Contribute to ad hoc projects that improve talent operations
Qualifications:
1–3 years supporting recruitment or HR operations, ideally in a fast-moving or tech-driven environment
Experience coordinating interviews for technical teams is highly preferred
Comfortable using ATS tools and digital scheduling platforms
Strong communicator who’s detail-oriented and process-driven
Adaptable, proactive, and eager to contribute to a growing team
Additional Details:
Contract Length: 3 months+
Start Date: Immediate
Work Style: Hybrid schedule; must reside in Austin, TX
