Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our team. This role focuses on scheduling interviews, managing career fairs, and supporting the recruiting efforts to ensure a seamless recruitment process.

Interview Scheduling:

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Communicate interview details, including dates, times, and formats, to all relevant parties.
  • Handle rescheduling requests and manage interview logistics to ensure a smooth process.
  • Monitor virtual interviews or set up and greet candidates in-person.


Career Fair Management:

  • Register and prepare for career fairs and recruitment events.
  • Coordinate event logistics, including materials, and promotional items.
  • Review, sort, and process resumes within the CRM.


Onboarding:

  • Conduct New Hire Orientation
  • Collaborate with IT for new hire equipment


Administrative Support:

  • Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of candidates, interviews, and job postings.
  • Provide regular updates to the recruitment team on the status of candidate pipelines and interview schedules.
  • Handle any administrative tasks related to recruitment and hiring processes.


Collaboration:

  • Work closely with hiring managers and HR teams to understand hiring needs and priorities.
  • Collaborate with other team members to improve recruitment strategies and processes.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or other related major.
  • Knowledge of basic Human Resources functions.
  • Willingness to undertake assignments involving unfamiliar subjects, with the aptitude to learn quickly.
  • Basic of Microsoft Office 365 applications.
  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Skilled in collecting, analyzing, organizing and reporting information.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Strong team collaboration.
  • Highly motivated to work independently and productively.
  • Knowledge of iCIMS ATS System is desirable.


Pay Range: $20-$25hr
