Your responsibilities will include:
• Managing the full recruitment process for assigned positions—from posting job ads, screening, and conducting interviews to making job offers;
• Keeping recruitment-related administrative documentation up to date;
• Ensuring timely filling of positions with candidates who meet the defined requirements;
• Performing other administrative tasks within the HR department;
• Responsible for the onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions;
• Organizing and coordinating internal training sessions and professional development initiatives to continuously enhance employees' knowledge and skills;
• Planning and executing internal events (team buildings, celebrations, knowledge-sharing sessions) that foster a positive and inclusive work culture;
• Initiating and implementing activities to boost employee engagement, improving motivation, team spirit, and talent retention.

Requirements:
• At least 1 year of experience in full-cycle recruitment;
• Excellent organizational and time management skills;
• Proactive approach and initiative in the recruitment process;
• Experience with onboarding and offboarding processes is a plus;
• A proactive attitude in organizing and managing internal events and educational initiatives is considered a strong advantage.
