Responsibilities
• Responsible for day-to-day operations
• Full-cycle recruiting
• Screen candidates resumes through various sources (job fair, social media networks, etc.)
• Staff supervision, interviewing, hiring of personnel
• Includes but not limited to the following: initial evaluation of potential new employee from background verification process, application review, one on one interview to successful job placement.
• Negotiate salary offers and review orientation/benefit information
• Establish and build relationships with, hiring managers, team members and candidates to fill positions with the best talent
• Collection calls
• Payroll
• Proposal writing
• Maintain relationships with Work-source and other types of companies to run ads
Qualifications
Must have experience in Labor Force Staffing. We are a General Contractor that provides True Skilled Labor and Trade Services like, Framing, Concrete, Drywall, Roofing, Paint, etc. This position will give the right person the opportunity to become a partner.
This is a Sales Position with a Base Salary and Commission with potential of becoming a partner in the future.
