Mission Context:

Elia is seeking an experienced and driven Recruiter – HR Advisor to manage end-to-end recruitment processes and support broader HR initiatives within the organization. You will be part of a dynamic HR team and play a key role in attracting top talent, improving hiring processes, and advising the business on workforce planning and talent strategy.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for your business area, including:
  • Job posting and publication
  • Screening and shortlisting candidates
  • Organizing and conducting interviews
  • Preparing contract proposals
  • Candidate follow-up and reporting
  • Independently lead HR projects related to recruitment, selection, and talent management.
  • Collaborate closely with the Staffing Business Partner managing recruitment for other departments:
  • Monitor and manage the recruitment budget
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment partners
  • Provide support and insight into headcount planning, absenteeism analysis, retention strategies, and workforce planning.


Required Experience & Skills:

Experience:

  • 3 to 10 years of relevant recruitment or HR advisory experience.
  • Proven track record of managing vacancies independently from start to finish.

Technical Skills:

  • Mandatory:
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Preferable:
  • Experience with HR software or ATS platforms is an asset.

Business Experience:

  • Mandatory:
  • Solid experience as a Recruiter, managing the entire hiring process.
  • Preferable:
  • Familiarity with working in complex organizational structures or matrix environments.


Education & Certification:

  • A university degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field.
  • Alternatively, significant managerial experience in a similar HR role is acceptable.

  • Dutch: Fluent

  • English: Fluent
