As a Recruiter at NetApp, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our organization by identifying, engaging, and hiring top-tier talent across a variety of functions. You will partner closely with hiring managers, HR business partners, and other stakeholders to deliver a seamless and strategic recruitment process from start to finish. Job Requirements * Strategic Talent Planning: Collaborate with business leaders to design and execute hiring strategies that align with organizational goals and workforce planning. * Data-Driven Advisory: Provide actionable insights through hiring metrics and market intelligence to guide talent decisions. * Employer Branding & Candidate Engagement: Champion NetApp's value proposition and storytelling to attract and engage top talent. * Candidate Experience Ownership: Lead a seamless and proactive candidate journey from first contact through onboarding. * Operational Excellence & Compliance: Ensure recruiting processes are efficient, well-documented, and compliant with all relevant policies and regulations. Experience * 6+ years of Talent Acquisition experience as a recruiter/sourcer. * Experience working in a tech company * Experience working within a CRM #LI-DNI Compensation: The target salary range for this position is 106,000 - 137,000. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU's), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies.
