Kforce has a client in Arlington, VA that is seeking a Recruiter.
Responsibilities:
* Manage full-cycle recruitment for various departments, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates
* The Recruiter will partner with hiring managers to understand team needs, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles
* Write and post job descriptions on internal and external job boards
* Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events
* Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
* Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience
* Maintain accurate and timely records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
* Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve processes and reduce time-to-fill
* The Recruiter will support employer branding initiatives to attract diverse and high-quality candidates
* Stay current on recruiting trends, tools, and best practices* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
* 3+ years experience in HR, Recruitment, or Sales
* Demonstrated knowledge of human resources principles, policies, practices, issues, laws and regulations, especially those pertaining to employment activities
* Demonstrated knowledge of principles and techniques of structured interviewing, including behavior-based interviewing techniques
* Strong internet sourcing skills, including Boolean searches and the ability to recruit using both traditional and nontraditional methods
