Key Responsibilities
Recruiting & Candidate Management
- Source, screen, and interview skilled candidates for open job orders
- Coach candidates on market trends, resumes, interviewing and compensation expectations
- Use AI tools and sourcing platforms to quickly match top talent to client needs
- Create detailed, professional candidate write-ups for client submittals
- Maintain strong candidate relationships throughout the hiring lifecycle and beyond
Account Management & Growth
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships by providing excellent service and hiring results
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and consult on hiring timelines, talent availability bill rates, and labor market trends
- Write and refine job descriptions to ensure clarity and marketability
- Engage in prospecting and outreach to promote candidate profiles and explore potential hiring needs—supported by team strategy and marketing tools
Administrative & Strategic
- Track activity, candidate movement, and communications in our CRM/ATS accurately and consistently
- Contribute to targeted marketing campaigns and customer outreach, including cold calls or email introductions—focused on building awareness
- Prioritize tasks independently and manage time effectively to hit production goals
- Collaborate with internal team members to share leads, insights, and feedback
Qualifications
Required:
- 2+ years of recruiting experience (full-desk or agency strongly preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong time management and follow-through
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience recruiting in industrial, technical, or skilled trades (a plus)
- Experience with CRM or ATS systems
