ABOUT THE ROLE

Dynamoney currently has an opportunity due to the company's growth, and we are looking for two Financial Recovery Analysts to join our high-energy, friendly, and passionate Accounts Team at our Sydney CBD office. Gain insight into the lending industry, with TRAINING PROVIDED. This role will be responsible for investigating and recovering business loans across a range of financial products.

This would involve:


  • Handling clients and building rapport with them,
  • Managing your own portfolio of delinquent accounts,
  • Negotiating and monitoring payment solutions,
  • Liaising with external legal agencies to manage sensitive accounts and optimize recovery outcomes,
  • Problem solving and managing sensitive financial information,
  • Working well within a team environment,
  • Efficiently responding to client queries,
  • Attention to detail and data entry skills,
  • Managing and prioritising workflows within set timeframes.


WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Experience in Asset (or Vehicle) Finance or Business Loans would be ideal,
  • Good communication skills, orally and written,
  • Excellent time management with the ability to prioritise tasks to meet targets,
  • Intermediate to advanced capability of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel & Outlook),
  • A full-time employee.


SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE

  • Tertiary qualifications in accounting, finance or related a field,
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in a Banking/finance role, ideally Asset Finance or lending or legal account management,
  • Some client handling experience,
  • Able to work independently,
  • Excellent communications skills.
