Job Title: Records Management Specialist III

Employment Type: Full-Time with Benefits

Security Clearance: Security clearance is required for this role; candidates must meet eligibility criteria

Work Mode: (On-Site with 5 days of presence in Office)

Place of Performance: Dallas, TX 75270

Experience Required:

Minimum 3 years of experience in records management supporting federal, legal, or technical programs.

Demonstrated ability to maintain and organize federal records in compliance with EPA, NARA, and OMB M-19-21 guidance.

Hands-on experience with records inventory, barcoding, data entry, metadata management, and classification.

Experience using automated records systems such as RTS (Records Tracking System), ARMS, and FDMS.

Support experience for high-volume document processing, archiving, or digitization prep efforts.

Preferred Skills:

Proficiency in federal file management and retention schedules.

Strong organizational and task tracking skills.

Familiarity with document security protocols, including PII, CUI, and Privacy Act data.

Customer service orientation with experience supporting file retrieval and user requests.

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Records Management, Library Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.

Equivalent professional experience may be substituted for formal education.

Relevant Certification (Required):

Hands-on experience with at least one federal records management or document tracking system.

Recommended Certifications:

ARMA Records Management Certificate

Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker (PL-100)

Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA)

Travel: This position may require occasional travel, flexible hours, and a collaborative team environment.
