Summary

An opportunity has become available for a skilled Receptionist to join our team to handle our day-to-day administrative tasks, and to assist our Property Managers. This position is offering a great opportunity to get a start in the real estate industry. Due to the background of our clientèle, we require a Chinese-speaking candidate. About the Role: Meeting and greeting all visitors Answering, screening and directing all incoming telephone calls Assisting Property Managers in managing day-to-day operations Advertising properties, updating our websites and social media outlets Liaising with landlords, tenants and suppliers/tradespeople Scanning and filing documents Using real estate platforms to pay outstanding bills and arrange inspections Managing key collection and return Skills and Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills Exceptional attention to detail, organisation and time management skills Professionalism and ability to create rapport with clients Ability to receive instructions and work independently Proficiency with computer programs (Microsoft Office) 1+ years’ experience in administration and customer service (both preferred) Why Join Us Competitive salary Ongoing training and avenues for professional growth A nurturing and collaborative team environment If you're prepared to elevate your administrative career and enter into the real estate business, to become a part of a company dedicated to excellence, we eagerly await your application!
