As the Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and vendors. You will play a critical role in creating a positive customer experience and ensuring that our operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities:

  • Answers phones and greets customers in person; triage customer concerns, maintain detailed documentation and notify staff
  • Issues badges and manages access into the office – communicates with other employees when visitors arrive for events or meetings
  • Supports Office Manager with administrative tasks such as email correspondence, data entry, filing documentation, etc.
  • Provides project level administrative support to all departments including correspondence, reports, and other material as need
  • Schedules meetings and books conferences rooms as needed
  • Sorts, distributes and processes mail, faxes, inter-office mail and courier pick-ups/deliveries
  • Additional special projects as needed

Qualifications:

  • 6+ months experience in a similar office position
  • Microsoft Word proficiency
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Personable, friendly, and comfortable being first point of contact for customers
